More than a year into the COVID-19 pandemic, we continue to learn more about the novel coronavirus and the variety of symptoms that individuals may experience when infected.
While many recover from COVID-19 within a few weeks, some individuals – now referred to as ‘long haulers’ – continue to experience symptoms even after initial recovery. For these individuals, symptoms often include fatigue, body aches, joint pain, shortness of breath and brain fog.
From athletes to grandparents, we have seen a wide range of individuals who have been affected by these long haul symptoms.
